What data we process
Only the data you send us when you write to us by email or WhatsApp, including when you use the form on this site: your name, company, town, number of buses, contact details and the content of your message.
How the form works
The form does not store anything on our website. When you press the button, it prepares a message with the details you have entered and opens WhatsApp so that you decide whether to send it. WhatsApp is a service of WhatsApp Ireland Limited (Meta), which processes messages under its own terms and privacy policy.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry and, if you ask, to prepare a demo or a commercial proposal. The legal basis is your consent when contacting us and the taking of pre-contractual steps at your request.
How long we keep it
For as long as the business relationship lasts or until you ask us to delete it, and afterwards for the periods required by law.
Who we share it with
We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. The site is hosted on Google Firebase, with servers in the European Union.
Cookies
This site does not use first-party or third-party cookies for analytics or advertising. It only stores the language you choose in your browser, with no personal data.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@nexiabus.com. If you feel we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
